What Does a Hat Bar Party Service Bring?

Everything except the guests. Here is the actual packing list from our load sheet, and the short list of what we need from you.

On the truck

  • Hats: trucker caps, snapbacks, and dad hats in your approved colorways, ordered with overage beyond your headcount
  • The patch menu: 60–120 embroidered, chenille, woven, and leather patches curated to your theme
  • Equipment: two commercial heat presses, backup platens, and hat-form attachments
  • The tablescape: tables, linens, risers, menu signage, and mirrors so guests can try before they press
  • Crew: two uniformed team members — one styling the menu, one running the presses
  • Logistics: hand carts, cable covers, station lighting for evening parties, and a pop-up canopy when the forecast argues

What we need from you

Just three things. One standard outlet on its own circuit — the presses draw about what a space heater does. An 8-by-10-foot patch of floor, patio, or lawn. And access details: gate codes, elevator reservations, or which side yard the hand carts should roll through. Venue parties sometimes need a certificate of insurance; we issue those routinely, just ask.

What goes home with people

Every guest keeps what they build — that is the entire premise. Leftover blanks from the padded hat order stay with you as the host, and any custom patches made for your party are yours too. The only things we take back are the equipment and the mess.
